Shenzhen Shengleyuan was established in 2000 and changed to the current name in May 2006 when we moved to our new manufacturing base located in Shajing, Bao¡¯an, Shenzhen,. We have a total 8,000 sq. mater of factory ***re with plastic injection; metal stamping & mold making are our core business.
In order to meet International standard, we have applied for ISO-9001-2000 and we have passed the first assessment on August, 2006. All departments are strictly required go follow the ISO procedure and make sure quality for every single item meets the Rosh standard and all major material will be tested independent laboratories.
We are very demanding in quality control. All manufacturing process follows AQL standard and never give in for less quality products.
We are doing OME & ODM projects for our customers, we have a team of quality engineers to design and follow up each projects .We can also provide sophisticated drawing for our customers to help solving technical problems during the product development stage.
We are making all the molds in-house for our customers and can prevent of leaking customers¡¯ design outside.
Our major customers are Delux technology, Tida Lightings, View Deluxe, KXD.
